A patient who underwent bone marrow transplant 2 weeks prior presents with progressive left eye symptoms over 24 hours. Left eye tearing, followed by progressive vision loss, complete drooping of the eyelid, fixed and dilated pupil and complete ophthalmoparesis/frozen globe and left facial droop. This was preceded by a few days of epistaxis, and nausea.
The selected MRIs were done 24 hours apart
